I had an absolutely fantastic time talking about colliding exoplanets as part of Pints of Knowledge at Big Penny Social in Walthamstow, and spent over half an hour answering many excellent questions from the audience! #exoplanets #astrodon #outreach

An image of the Extremely Large Telescope shrouded in mist with a rising sun is projected on a large screen, with me in a blue and white checked shirt standing in front of it with me waving my arms around excitedly and talking to the audience. View from the stage with a fingerprint smudged laptop screen (not my laptop!) with “Pints of Knowledge” logo on it, and in the background several beer tables with people around them, looking at the compare talking off picture left. A large black stage curtain is at the back of the space.
