Finally worked out how to switch on multiprocessing in emcee for my Mac, and now it’s sounding like an airplane about to take off… Now to work out how to write COMPRESSED h5 files since emcee doesn’t seem to respect the ‘compressed’ option… #astrodon #exoplanets 🔭🧪☄️
